Heather McMillon keeps the office running smoothly while balancing leadership, organization, and heart. A Bellevue Community School graduate from the Class of 2002, Heather brings structure and compassion to everything she does.

As Office Manager, Heather ensures that day-to-day operations stay on track while maintaining the welcoming environment Barnes Insurance Group is known for. She’s deeply involved in nonprofit work and community events, often organizing behind the scenes to support causes close to her heart.

When she’s not at the office, Heather enjoys watching her kids’ sporting events and staying active in volunteer work. Family is her proudest accomplishment and her greatest source of motivation.
