Randy Barnes is the heart behind Barnes Insurance Group and a familiar face in the Bellevue community. A Bellevue Class of ’85 graduate, Randy has spent his career building relationships rooted in trust, faith, and straightforward honesty.

As the owner of the agency, Randy takes pride in doing things the right way—treating clients like neighbors and making sure coverage actually fits real life. His leadership style is grounded, direct, and shaped by raising four kids, which he considers his greatest accomplishment.

Outside the office, Randy enjoys deer hunting and the occasional well-earned nap. He’s a fan of classic television, meaningful movies like The Peanut Butter Falcon, and dreams of one day enjoying fresh lobster on the shoreline of Maine.
