Vickie Roberts is often the first friendly voice clients hear when they reach out to Barnes Insurance Group. A Bellevue Community School Class of 1993 graduate, Vickie brings warmth, reliability, and care to every client interaction.
As a Customer Service Representative, she focuses on helping clients feel supported and informed, whether they’re making changes to a policy or asking questions about coverage. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor make her a trusted resource for both clients and teammates.
Outside of work, Vickie enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, and spending time sewing or quilting. Family is central to her life, and raising her sons stands as her proudest accomplishment.
